Colorado's Skiing

Hi everybody, I hope that you all had a great time celebrating the new year! I personally kicked it off by heading up to Colorado's legendary Vail ski resort. Upon arriving, I was pleasantly surprised by the soft and plentiful snow. After a rocky (sorry for the pun) start to the early season, I was beginning to think that my dreams of powder days just weren't going to come true this year. Mother nature, however, had other plans and laid down a fresh 22 inches of fluffy white stuff over the last 4 days. Depending on where we skied, the snow varied from boot deep to waist deep! Had lots of fun making great turns and am still trying to pick the snow from between my teeth, but that's what happens when you ski with a perma-grin :)
